Technologies are the intellectual property of the company and are
intended solely for the enrolled student's personal learning use.
Reproduction or distribution without written consent is strictly
prohibited.
4. Code of Conduct
Students and clients are expected to maintain professionalism,
respect, and discipline throughout the duration of the course or
service. ProviGo Technologies reserves the right to suspend or
terminate services for misconduct, without providing a refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide the best learning and service experience;
however, ProviGo Technologies shall not be held liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use
of our services or materials.
6. Amendments
ProviGo Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these
Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use
of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

promise to protect the information you provide us and never share it
with outside parties without your express permission.

Fee Transfer Option
However, fees can be transferred from one Student to another by a
written request, provided the classes for the former student are
below 15% of syllabi completion.
Note: All transfer requests must be submitted in
writing and are subject to approval by management.
Important: We don't entertain Certificates for
Payment Mode.
Data Usage
The details Shared for Certificate is used only for internal
processes and the data shared like Photo, Phone Number, Mail Id and
Address are stored in our Internal Database which has access only to
Management representatives and Internal Quality Assurance (IQAC)
Members.
Data Security
All personal information provided for certificate purposes is stored
securely with restricted access to authorized personnel only.
By providing a video review or photo review, you grant Pumo
Technovation India Pvt Ltd permission to use this content for
marketing and advertising purposes.
Usage Rights
The video Review and Photo Review given by you might be used for:
- Marketing on our direct platforms
- Advertising on Social media handles

Promotional materials with our logo, address, contact number
- All content will include a watermark for safety reasons
Consent: By submitting a testimonial, you
acknowledge and agree to these usage terms.
